Alliance Employment Testing Program
Alliance Medical Monitoring can facilitate a comprehensive employment testing program for your organization, utilizing protocols for Pre-Placement, Post-Incident and Reasonable Cause testing.

The Alliance Medical Monitoring program provides pre-placement biological testing for the following substance panel:

Amphetamines/Methamphetamines
Oxycodone
Benzodiazepines
THC/Cannabinoid
Cocaine
No Alcohol Test
Opiates

In pre-placement testing, if an applicant tests positive for a specific drug, the result would be communicated to the applicant as part of a Medical Review of the result by one of the Medical Review Officers. If the result is confirmed positive through Medical Review, the employer is advised of the result and a recommendation will be made for that employee to be evaluated.

The Alliance Medical Monitoring program provides post-incident biological testing for the following substance panel:

Amphetamines/Methamphetamines
Oxycodone
Benzodiazepines
THC/Cannabinoid
Cocaine
No Alcohol Test
Opiates

In post-incident testing, if an employee tests positive for a specific drug, the result would be communicated to the applicant as part of a Medical Review of the result by one of the Medical Review Officers. The employer will be advised of the results.

The Alliance Medical Monitoring program provides post-incident biological testing for the following substance panel:

Amphetamines/Methamphetamines
Oxycodone
Benzodiazepines
THC/Cannabinoid
Cocaine
No Alcohol Test
Opiates

In reasonable cause testing, if an employee tests positive for a specific drug, the result would be communicated to the applicant as part of a Medical Review of the result by one of the Medical Review Officers. The employer will be advised of the results.

Testing protocols include: Urine, Breath, Hair and Oral fluid testing.
All urine collections will be done through Chain of Custody procedures.
All non-negative test results are confirmed through GC/MS.
Alliance Medical Monitoring will be responsible for booking all tests as requested.

Information with respect to the biological testing is governed by a signed consent for release. Should Alliance be required to report to non-medical designates, this would have to be governed by a customized consent document.
