Alliance adheres to a Corporate Privacy Policy which incorporates all applicable privacy legislation and applicable professional rules, regulations and guidelines with respect to participant privacy when providing all services.

These include the best practices and policies as represented through the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (The Privacy Act and PIPEDA), The Canadian Medical Association Code of Ethics, the Regulatory Standards of the College of Physicians and Surgeons of BC, and the Personal Information and Protection Act (PIPA), the Ontario Personal Health Information and Protection Act (PHIPA) and any other applicable legislation.
